Armed Forces Hospitals, Southern Region (AFHSR) is located in Khamis Mushayt City, Southern Region of Saudi Arabia.

 AFHSR is a part of the Medical Services Department (MSD) of the Ministry of Defense and Aviation (MODA) and was officially opened December 1975.

 The Programme now includes two hospitals, the main hospital is King Fahad Military Hospital and the other is King Faisal Military Hospital.

 In addition to 17 clinics distributed in various area. Additional facilities are being built to accommodate the growing population and to further enhance the quality of patient care.
